News Desk: Troops of Guwahati Frontier of BSF seized 930 nos Yaba tablets on 03rd Aug 2020, from bordering area of village Kalabari, South Salamara (Assam).

Acting on a tip-off, BSF troops of Border Out Post (BOP) Diara, of 06 BN BSF carried out a special operation in the general area of village Kalabari, South Salamara (Assam). Special ambush party seized 930 Nos Yaba tablets on Indo Bangladesh International border, while the consignment was being thrown over the fence from India to Bangladesh.

Keeping in view the vulnerability of border, heightened activities of the smugglers, and anti-national elements on the border, BSF troops are always alert towards the issues of trans-border crimes & illegal infiltration and are making all-out efforts to prevent the commission of such crimes.
