In another successful operation, Nagaon Police on Tuesday confiscated a huge consignment of psychotropic tablets (3 lakh) from a container truck in the middle Assam district.
Taking to Twitter, Director-General of Police (DGP) Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta tweet, “DOES IT AGAIN! Today our Anti-Narcotics Squad was able to confiscate a huge consignment of psychotropic Tablets (3 lakh) valued at around 50 Lakh from a Container Truck in Nagaon. It is the 2nd major strike against the cartels in as many days by Assam Police.”

Meanwhile, chief minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma has also tweeted to encourage the team.
The continuous operation in every part of the state is going on to make Assam Drugs Free.
In a follow up Operation to a huge consignment of Psychotropic Drugs, @assampolice seized again three Lakh Tablets valued at around Forty Four Lakh from a Container Truck bearing Reg No. HR-55L-2073.
Police is further working on to unearth and catch the whole Supply
